1. Acceptance
By using CardCenter Pro at cardcenterpro.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What the Site provides
CardCenter Pro is a free tool that estimates the centering of trading cards from photos you provide, together with informational guides. It's provided for general information only.
3. Not an official grade
Results are digital estimates. They are not official grades and are not endorsed by, affiliated with or approved by PSA (Collectors Universe), Beckett Grading Services, CGC or any other grading company. Grading companies also evaluate corners, edges, surface, authenticity and eye appeal, apply their own standards and judgment, and may change their criteria at any time. A good centering result doesn't guarantee any grade.
4. No warranty
The Site and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Measurements depend on your photo, your device and how the guides are placed, and may be wrong.
5. Your responsibility
You use the Site at your own discretion. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on it, including whether to submit a card for grading, which company to use, and any purchase, sale, price or listing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCenter Pro and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results. This includes grading fees, shipping costs, grades received, the value of any card and any trading loss.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break the law, to mislead buyers (for example by presenting an estimate as an official grade), or to interfere with the Site's operation. Reports you create may be shared, but they must not be altered to misrepresent a card.
8. Trademarks
Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami. ONE PIECE CARD GAME is a trademark of Bandai and Eiichiro Oda/Shueisha. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. PSA, BGS/Beckett and CGC are trademarks of their respective owners. All are mentioned for identification only. CardCenter Pro is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
9. Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows ads provided by Google and links to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or practices.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.
